Current high school or college students, 16 years and older, who are enrolled at or accepted to a federally accredited 4-year college, university, or graduate program for fall 2012, may submit a 250 word or less essay, or a 60 second or less video demonstrating their good citizenship through community volunteerism and leadership. One grand prize winner will receive a $5,000 scholarship, four second prize winners will receive $2,500 scholarships, and 35 third prize winners will receive $1,000 scholarships.
